Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from the UK. Every Yume order is packed in its protective case, microfibre cloth, and signature box.
UK Delivery
- FREE Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) on all UK orders
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days) - £4.99
- Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri are dispatched same day
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships
Europe
- Standard Tracked (5-10 business days) - £9.99
- Free on orders over £100
- Customs & import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility
United States & Rest of World
- International Tracked (7-14 business days) - £14.99
- Free on orders over £150
- Local duties & taxes may apply at delivery
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email info@yumeeyewearco.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier. UK orders not received within 14 days will be replaced or refunded in full.
Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once dispatched, we can't redirect parcels.
