We’re committed to providing you with exceptional eyewear. Our policy is designed to protect your rights as a customer while maintaining fair terms for our business.
UK Customers – Right to Cancel (Online Orders Only)
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s), for any reason. To exercise this right:

Contact us at info@yumeeyewearco.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all stickers, tags, and accessories intact.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit (not a cash refund), valid for 12 months. If your item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
All Other Customers – Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items Only
For all customers (including UK), we only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
If this applies:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@yumeeyewearco.com, with your order number, description of the issue, and photo evidence.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return costs may be reimbursed if fault is confirmed.
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind (outside UK)

Fit, color, or style preferences

Sale or promotional items

Gift cards or store credit purchases

Unauthorised returns or late submissions
General Conditions (Applies to All)

Returns must be shipped securely in original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Legal Notice
This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK customers. For all other regions, returns are governed by our internal policy above.
