Free UK delivery on every order, however much you spend.
Dispatch
Order by 8pm Monday to Friday and your pair is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
How long it takes
- Cost: free, on every UK order
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days from dispatch
- Carriers: Royal Mail and DPD
- Tracking: you get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us
Where we deliver
We ship within the United Kingdom. We are not shipping to other countries at the moment. If you are abroad and want a pair, email info@yumeeyewearco.com and we will tell you when that changes.
What arrives
Your sunglasses come in a Yume hard case with a microfibre cleaning cloth and an authenticity card, packed in a recycled box.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for a few days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email info@yumeeyewearco.com with your order number and we will chase it.
Changed your mind? See our returns policy. Every pair also has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
