We want you to love your Yume. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, undamaged product in its original packaging with all tags and the original case.
- Free UK returns on faulty items
- UK customers also have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return
How to Start a Return
- Email info@yumeeyewearco.com with your order number and reason
- We'll send you a return address and instructions within 24 hours
- Post the item back in its original packaging
- Refund processed within 5 business days of arrival
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return postage and either replace the item or issue a full refund - your choice.
Final Sale & Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described:
- Sunglasses where the protective film has been removed or the lenses have been worn against the skin
- Items returned without their original case, cloth, and packaging
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items marked "final sale" at checkout
This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty, misdescribed, or unsatisfactory goods, nor your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.
International Returns
Returns from outside the UK are at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service - we can't refund items lost in transit.
