Dream List Monthly Draw – Terms

These terms apply to the Yume Eyewear Dream List monthly prize draw (the "Draw"). By entering, you agree to them.

Who can enter

  • The Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Yume Eyewear, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Draw cannot enter.

How to enter

  • Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and buying from us does not improve your chances of winning.
  • To enter, sign up to the Dream List (our email list) with the sign-up form on yumeeyewearco.com.
  • Everyone subscribed to the Dream List when a month's draw closes gets one entry into that month's draw. You stay entered each month for as long as you stay subscribed.
  • One entry per person per draw. Using more than one email address, or bulk or automated sign-ups, will lead to disqualification.
  • If you unsubscribe, you will not be entered into any later draws.

The draw

  • Each month's draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of that month.
  • One winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

The prize

  • One prize each month of £250 cash, paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner's name within 28 days of the winner's details being confirmed.
  • The prize cannot be transferred to anyone else and there is no alternative prize.

Winner notification

  • We will email the winner at the address they signed up with. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize, and may be asked to confirm their age, identity and UK residency.
  • If the winner does not reply within 14 days or is not eligible, we will draw another winner.

Announcing the winner

  • We announce each month's winner on our social media channels. With the winner's consent, we will use their first name and county (and a photo, only if they agree). If the winner does not consent, we will announce that the prize has been awarded without naming them.
  • The winner's surname and county are available on request for one month after each closing date. Email info@yumeeyewearco.com to ask.

Your data

We use your details to run the Draw and, because you have joined the Dream List, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for more.

General

  • We may disqualify entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated or break these terms.
  • We may change, suspend or end the Draw if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. Where possible, we will post notice on this page.
  • The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
